These terms apply when you use printgu.com or place an order with us. Please read them before you buy.

Agreement to these terms

By using printgu.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for activity on your account.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an error in price or description, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. See our Payment Methods page for details.

Personalised products

When you add names, numbers or other text to a product, you are responsible for checking spelling and details before you order. You confirm you have the right to use anything you submit. We may refuse to print content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Product appearance

We work to show products accurately, but printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and sizes can vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text and images on printgu.com belong to Printgu or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, use it for anything unlawful, or try to access data that is not yours.

Disclaimer

The store is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Printgu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
