Shipping Policy
Made to order, shipped with tracking across the United States.

Every Printgu item is made to order. Here is how long that takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way to you.
Made to order
We print each product after you place your order. There is no warehouse of ready-made stock, so production time is part of every delivery estimate.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the day you order. This includes production and shipping. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, severe weather and carrier delays can add time.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $4.99 per order.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other remote areas can take longer than the estimate above.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.
If you ordered several items, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully before you pay. We cannot change the address once production has started. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, you may need to pay to ship it again.
Lost, late or stolen packages
Contact us at support@printgu.com if:
- your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or
- your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the order date.
If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will reprint and resend it or refund you. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier.
Sales tax and duties
Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. Orders shipped within the United States have no customs duties.
