Pay securely in US dollars. Here is how payment works at Printgu.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your order, this can include major credit and debit cards and other secure online payment options offered by our payment processor.

Currency and pricing

All prices on printgu.com are in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is approved.

Payment security

Checkout is protected with SSL encryption. Card details are processed directly by our payment processor, and Printgu never sees or stores your full card number.

To protect you, some orders may be reviewed for fraud before production starts. If we need more information, we will email you.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where the law requires it.

If your payment fails

• Check that your card number, expiry date, security code and billing address are correct.
• Make sure your card allows online purchases.
• Try another payment method, or contact your bank.
