Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it), order details, the names and numbers you add to personalised items, and anything you write to us.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, but not your full card number.

How we use your information

• To process, print and deliver your order.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To understand how the store is used and improve it.
• To send marketing emails if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any marketing email.

Who we share it with

• print and fulfilment partners, to make and pack your order,
